Unique, artist-dyed vintage flannels. Pure natural fabrics with that perfect, lived-in softness that lasts.

WHY FRANKLIN FLANNELS
Franklin Flannels started with a simple idea: Flannels should feel as good as they look.
After years of seeing mass-produced shirts that felt thin, stiff, or all the same, we decided to do it differently.
Each piece we create begins as a vintage flannel, hand-selected and then individually reverse-dyed by our in-house artist. Every shirt is “read” before it’s touched, bringing out colors and patterns that can’t be replicated.

No two flannels are ever the same.
Each piece is individually dyed, so yours is truly yours.

Color set, quality checked, and built to hold up wear after wear.
No fading, no surprises.

Feels like your favorite shirt from the first wear. No break-in needed.

Love it or we’ll make it right. Simple returns and real human support.

One Shirt. No Duplicates.
Every flannel is individually reverse dyed by our in-house artist. No templates, no batch processing. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
Soft From The First Wear.
We don’t sell stiff, scratchy flannels. Each piece is softened after dyeing so it feels broken-in and comfortable from day one.
Made Right, Or We Fix It.
Every shirt is quality-checked and color-set to prevent fading. If anything isn’t right, we replace it, no hassle.
JUST ADDED
Every shirt starts as something different, and we treat them one at a time. What you see here is exactly what’s available right now.

Our shirts are vintage, so we can’t control where they were originally made. We source them from a U.S.-based supplier, and all reverse dyeing is done in Franklin, Tennessee. When you support Franklin Flannels, you’re supporting a U.S. business.
Colors vary depending on each shirt, but we work across a wide range including blues, greens, browns, neutrals, rusts, pinks, and more. Every piece comes out a little different.
Your shirt is vintage and has been reverse-dyed, so it needs a little extra care. We recommend hand washing and air drying.
If needed, place it in a lingerie bag, wash on gentle with cold water, and always air dry. Avoid heat - it can weaken the fabric.
Flannels are unisex and sizing varies depending on the original brand and cut.
They’re meant to be worn relaxed and slightly oversized. Always check the product description for specifics.
We size based on shoulder width since every vintage shirt fits differently:
These are estimates — vintage pieces naturally vary. The larger the size, the more room in the body.
