Refund policy
Sales:
We strive to make our customers happy, but once in a while, a flannel may not be perfect for you. In this case, we will issue a refund or a store credit, (your preference)once we receive the flannel back in the same condition it was in when it shipped. Please make sure to read the description of each shirt before purchasing. Due to the fact that all of our shirts are vintage and produced by different manufacturers, they all fit a bit differently. The descriptions of the shirts will clearly state, if, for example, a shirt has shorter sleeves or a slimmer fit.
Shipping Information:
We make every effort to turn all orders around within 48 hours, but sometimes it takes a little longer. Please allow up to 5 days for your order to ship.
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
FREE shipping on U.S. orders over $75.If your purchase is over $75, we provide free shipping, unless you require expedited shipping. We are not able to do that. Free shipping is only on orders $75 or above pre-tax and shipping.
Franklin Flannels ships internationally at the buyer’s full cost regardless of the amount spent in the online store. International shipping costs have gone through the roof and we strongly recommend emailing us before you make a purchase. We apologize for the difficulty this presents, but it’s completely out of our control. You can email us at info@franklinflannels.com.
PLEASE check and double-check your address. We cannot change the address once an order is complete. We strongly recommend you add your phone number to your order information in case there is a problem and we need to contact you. If the package does get returned, it will be at your cost to ship it again and all other costs that are incurred due to a wrong address. If the new shipping amount is not paid within 20 days, the item will go back in stock and a credit will be applied to your account. We are not responsible for lost items.
Return Information
Clothing must be returned within 10 days of receiving it.
Example: If you received it on the 15th, it needs to be in the mail no later than the 25th. If the 10th day is a weekend it will need to be shipped out the Friday before, so please plan accordingly. You must file a return claim through the portal listed below & ship it out within 10 days. Please do not email us for returns. It must be claimed through the portal or it will not be accepted.
Store credit will be issued the Friday following receipt of the returned item.
CLICK THE LINK HERE TO ACCESS THE RETURN PORTAL Items will only be accepted with tags on, not washed or worn. If we receive the item and it has been washed or worn it will not be accepted. In that event, the item would be sent back to you at your cost. If refused or “returned to sender,” a $10 shipping fee will be deducted due to us being charged. The item must be returned in the condition it was purchased in. If the item is damaged, then you are responsible.
What if I receive the wrong item, or it is damaged?
Sometimes things happen and we may accidentally send the wrong shirt or a shirt that has flaws which we did not notice. In the event this happens to you, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving the wrong or damaged product. Contact us at: info@franklinflannels.com
Make sure not to wear or wash the shirt during this two-day period, or Franklin Flannels cannot be responsible for the damage, wear & tear, or wrong size. Please be advised that all of our shirts are one-of-a-kind and we will not be able to give you a replacement of the exact same shirt. We will, however, happily work with you to find one that is similar.
If items are missing from your order, you must notify us within two days. Please open your package upon arrival.
Care for Franklin Flannels – IMPORTANT
We strongly recommend that you hand wash and air dry your Franklin Flannels shirt. Vintage clothing is more fragile and with the reverse dye process, it requires special care. Should anything happen to your shirt during the washing process, please notify us immediately. Send your inquiry and if possible photo to info@franklinflannels.com

We are pleased to offer our customers Shop Pay where you pay for your order in 4 interest-free installments. No minimum purchase is required.
Terms
- If a customer files a claim/chargeback and/or threatens when an item is delivered/shipped we have the right to press charges, & will no longer be able to shop with us. All communication will go through the merchant unless we have specified otherwise.
- If a customer files a claim and an item has been in a shipment but not received, we will add store credit & add the item back into our stock.
- Franklin Flannels has the right to refuse service.
- Franklin Flannels respects privacy. No information will be given to a third party.
